Ethereal aromas of dried cherries, cranberries and wood-spice, with fresh dough and pine-tree sawdust in the background. The palate is full and rounded, with red fruit and ground walnut flavours, super-soft and rounded yet deliciously fresh. Best served lightly chilled.

Beautiful on its own as a winter-warmer, or with cheese, especially a creamy blue. Pairs well with light cakes, or with savoury snacks like nuts and olives in brine.

Established in 1638, Kopke is the oldest Port House still in production. 

This 2018 late bottle vintage port has been aged for 4-6 years before bottling. Deep-dark purple in colour with a ruby rim, aromas of ripe wild berries, violet, black pepper and eucalyptus. The palate is rich and concentrated with flavours of raspberries, apricot and blackberries with a subtle spice. 75cl bottle.

Pierre Mignon Grande Reserve Premier Cru Brut NV is a crisp, well-balanced champagne with citrus hints on the nose overlaid with touches of brioche and yeastiness. The palate is fresh, clean and lively with a creamy mousse and long finish.

Since its foundation in 1729, the first established House of Champagne has taken pride in the excellence of its cuvées. The unique shape of its bottle is a tribute to the historic bottles of the eighteenth century. The Ruinart taste bears the signature of chardonnay, the thread that runs through all its blends. Present in high proportions throughout the Ruinart collection, this grape produces luminous and intense wines of unique lightness. The delicacy and complexity of the chardonnay is revealed over time.

R de Ruinart Brut NV is made primarily from grapes sourced in the Premier Cru villages of the Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims. This approachable, pure and fruity non-vintage contains 20-25% reserve wines from the previous two years.

The 2018 Clos Cantenac is made from 100% Merlot, harvested September 18-21, September 25, October 3 and October 11. It has 14% alcohol and is aging in barriques, 50% new. Deep garnet-purple colored, it sashays out of the glass with very pretty notions of kirsch, raspberry pie, blueberry preserves and red roses plus hints of cinnamon stick, menthol, chocolate box and star anise. Medium to full-bodied, the palate is coated with lively red berries and floral sparks with a serious blue fruit undercurrent and velvety texture, finishing on a lingering spicy note. 

With three hundred years of history, Loudenne is one of the oldest estates in the Médoc region. Thanks to the care lavished on the vineyard and the wines, this property, located in the Médoc appellation area, was promoted to Cru Bourgeois Supérieur status in the 2003.

The red wines are aged in oak barrels for 14 months after traditional vinification; they are then bottled and kept in the cellar for at least a full year before being released onto the market. Through low yields and traditional vinification, Château Loudenne produces rich, balanced wines. They are well-structured and reveal fruity flavours. 50-50 Cabernet Sauvignon/Merlot a third new French oak aged for 12-15 months medium toast.

Kopke Port is the oldest port house. Established in 1638 by Nicolau Kopke and his son Cristiano, who came to Portugal as representatives of the Hanseatic League, the House has been run through the generations by several representatives of the Kopke family, obtaining an excellent reputation for its wines.
